It also included the development and implementation of improved financial and administrative management processes and reporting. HMC also guided and facilitated the development of a new 4-year strategic plan, which was a first for our Municipality. I was also impressed that HMC staff always made themselves available to answer questions and provide feedback regarding change process decisions.
